We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund subject to the terms below.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
Items must be undamaged with all tags attached.
Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return (Bucket Hats) The print pants are not considered custom-made and are eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. You can reach us via email at alec@dfinitely.com
Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return.
Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the items.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective/damaged upon receipt.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
